The rules that keep the fleet safe

DDSArk is shared infrastructure protecting sensitive healthcare data. The guiding principle is simple: use it to lawfully protect data you are entitled to protect, and never in a way that harms the platform, its other customers, or the people whose data it holds.

You may not use the Service to do any of the following:

• • Using the Service to store or distribute unlawful content or malware.
• • Backing up data you do not have the legal right to copy and retain.
• • Attempting to breach, probe, or disrupt the Service or other tenants’ data.
• • Reverse-engineering, reselling, or sublicensing the Service without authorization.
• • Circumventing usage limits, authentication, or security controls.
• • Using the Service to violate the privacy or rights of patients or third parties.

If we reasonably believe an account is violating this policy — especially in a way that threatens the security or availability of the Service for others — we may suspend or limit access. Where practical we will notify you first and work with you to resolve the issue; where there is an active threat, we may act immediately and explain afterward.
