The principle
DDSArk is shared infrastructure protecting sensitive healthcare data. The guiding principle is simple: use it to lawfully protect data you are entitled to protect, and never in a way that harms the platform, its other customers, or the people whose data it holds.
Prohibited uses
You may not use the Service to do any of the following:
- • Using the Service to store or distribute unlawful content or malware.
- • Backing up data you do not have the legal right to copy and retain.
- • Attempting to breach, probe, or disrupt the Service or other tenants’ data.
- • Reverse-engineering, reselling, or sublicensing the Service without authorization.
- • Circumventing usage limits, authentication, or security controls.
- • Using the Service to violate the privacy or rights of patients or third parties.
Enforcement
If we reasonably believe an account is violating this policy — especially in a way that threatens the security or availability of the Service for others — we may suspend or limit access. Where practical we will notify you first and work with you to resolve the issue; where there is an active threat, we may act immediately and explain afterward.
Reporting abuse
If you become aware of any use of DDSArk that violates this policy, report it to [email protected]. We investigate every report.
